In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you can submit your requests to Borsa, depending on the nature and method of your application, with a petition prepared in accordance with the principles and procedures specified in the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller:
Identity verification is mandatory during the application. In applications made through a proxy, the original of the power of attorney containing the authority regarding the personal data request must be submitted. These applications will be accepted by Borsa after the identity verification process is carried out and your requests will be concluded within the shortest time and at the latest within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. Although applications are free of charge, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested from you. |
